The Florida Panthers have chosen an excellent moment to boost their fan engagement. Following an incredible season that culminated in their first Stanley Cup victory, the team is reaching out to more supporters than ever.

On Tuesday, the Panthers revealed a partnership with ViewLift, a digital content distribution platform, to provide livestreams for all locally produced games.

ViewLift has a proven track record with NHL teams, including past champions like the Vegas Golden Knights and Washington Capitals.

Earlier this year, Florida transitioned from cable to local TV, collaborating with Scripps Sports to air games for free on WSFL in South Florida, WHDT in West Palm Beach, and an upcoming station in Fort Myers.

The new streaming service is set to launch for the upcoming hockey season.

With the expertise of Scripps Sports and ViewLift, we’re confident this new distribution will achieve that.”

The Panthers announced that the new streaming service will provide live games as well as on-demand content, aiming to improve the experience for fans and viewers.
