However, according to SEC regulations, the injury report was revised on Thursday, revealing that Texas A&M had added a key starter to the list as questionable.

Weigman had a tough outing against Notre Dame, completing only 12 of 30 passes for 100 yards. Under pressure, he managed just 2 of 11 completions, and even when he had a clean pocket, his completion rate was barely above 50%.

If Weigman can’t play, Marcel Reed would likely step in as the next option. Reed, a former borderline four-star recruit from the 2023 class, filled in for Weigman last week, completing 5 of 11 passes for 71 yards.
