Reports: Detroit Pistons Players Gives Massive Reaction To Tobias Harris Post

Tobias Harris made a post to Instagram.

Tobias Harris had another successful season with the Philadelphia 76ers, averaging 17.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.0 steals per game, while shooting 48.7% from the field and 35.3% from beyond the arc over 70 games.

During the offseason, he signed a contract with the Detroit Pistons. According to Adrian Wojnarowski on July 1: “Free agent Tobias Harris joins the Detroit Pistons on a two-year, $ 52 million contract, sources tell ESPN. He’s a great fit both on the court and in the locker room for a young, developing team.”

On Monday, the Pistons conducted their media day in Detroit.

After the event, Harris shared a post on Instagram, writing in the caption: “New beginnings… Familiar territory… Detroit. The Get Back…”

Several Pistons players responded to his post, including Cade Cunningham with “Let’s go,” Paul Reed saying “It’s up,” Malik Beasley chiming in with “Yessir!!,” and Isaiah Stewart stating “Straight to it.”

Harris was a significant addition to the Pistons, who are aiming to return to the NBA playoffs. He previously played part of three seasons with the team earlier in his career.

Along with the Pistons and 76ers, Harris has also played for the Orlando Magic, Milwaukee Bucks, and Los Angeles Clippers during his 13-season career. The 32-year-old averages 16.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game, with career shooting percentages of 47.8% from the field and 36.8% from beyond the arc across 897 games.

The Pistons will kick off their season on October 23 by hosting the Indiana Pacers.
