Indiana coach Darian DeVries and the Hoosiers continue to aggressively target top young talent on the recruiting trail. One of their latest offers went to rapidly ascending 2028 prospect Antoine Caughman Jr., whom Indiana offered last week.
Caughman shared the news on social media, and Indiana appears to be among the first major programs to enter the race for the standout wing. So far, UCLA and Cal are the only other high-major schools to extend offers.

Caughman is a South Carolina product who attends W.J. Keenan High School in Columbia. On the AAU circuit, he suits up for Upward Stars, which competes in the Adidas 3SSB league.
According to 247Sports composite rankings, Caughman is considered a five-star recruit in the 2028 class and ranks as the No. 6 small forward nationally.

Offensively, Caughman brings a versatile skill set. The 6-foot-5 wing excels at getting downhill, using long strides and athleticism to beat defenders off the dribble. Around the basket, he shows touch and creativity, finishing comfortably with either hand and from different angles.
